World Religion Day
This week at Garden Suburb, we are celebrating World Religion Day.
On Monday, Miss Hovell lead an assembly to mark the event. They discussed light and how it is a symbol across many major religions. Next, Sahara in 4S gave an excellent presentation on her trip to Saudi Arabia, where she took part in Umrah. For a whole school competition, children have been asked to think about how light is represented in their own lives.
We are looking forward to the corridor display which will show all the children's contributions towards the competition.
