Travel For London assembly
Yesterday, the year 6 children attended a Travel For London workshop to learn about safe and responsible travel. They learnt the importance of being a good citizen, staying safe and being polite when travelling on public transport, which is important as they approach secondary school, where many of them will be travelling independently.
"I found it really informative because a lot of the things we thought about travelling weren't necessarily true but know we know what to do if we are unsure." - Jacob, 6J
"It was very helpful and could prevent accidents from happening." - Flora, 6G
"I feel very confident on TfL services nows as we know what to do and how to plan our journey." - Nathalie, 6S
